Staging Consultations

From curb to corner of every room, our consultations include a full walk through of your property. Either with your agent or yourself. We provide a comprehensive detailed 19-page report of recommendations that are sure to garner maximum return on your investment. Consultations fees are base on size of home. Approximately 1.5 to 3hours.

E-Consultations

With detailed video/ photographs, we can complete a full consultation of your space. Including furniture placement, items to eliminate, color consultations and depersonalizing of your home to make it market ready and sell quickly.

Showcasing

After completing a brief consultation, we will return to your home and stage your space. New or nearly new pieces will be used and older, dated pieces removed along with personal items. We will focus on flow and function of rooms and add accessories to provide modern appeal to your home.
